REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Profi Nails Shop, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase.

NOT all items are return / refund eligible. Items in Base, Color Gels, Top, Hard Gel, PolyGel, and Skin Care categories are not eligible for return or refund.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to make a return in store

You may return or exchange eligible items to Profi Nails Shop store with the packing slip shipped with your order.

Simply follow the guidelines below:
 • For a full refund or exchange, mail or bring your item to the store within 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
 • The item must be in like-new condition. “Like new” means unused, undamaged, unaltered, salable, and with all tickets attached.
 • Your item must be in the original packaging.
 • In case of return of the product with damaged packaging, the seller may offer a refund in the amount of 50% of the product value.
 • Profi Nails Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Profi Nails Shop or at www.profinails.shop.

Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final.
No exchange or return privileges will be granted in such cases.

All orders are processed and shipped from California within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping times depend on the carrier and delivery destination.
Profi Nails Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or local carriers.

🛡️ Protection from Fraudulent or Incorrect Orders

Our store carefully fulfills every order according to the exact information provided by the customer at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct name, shipping address, and contact information. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully completed, even if the buyer has since moved or entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Repeated refund requests or disputes after confirmed delivery may be considered fraudulent activity and reported to Shopify and payment platforms for investigation.
