At PROFI NAILS, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping and delivery experience. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping (U.S. & International)
Shipping Rates & Availability
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- order weight
- destination
- selected shipping method
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Sales tax will be applied where required by state law.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer local delivery within selected ZIP codes near Simi Valley, California.
Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Deliveries are available daily from
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Delivery Timing
Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 hours, depending on distance and traffic conditions.
- Some areas may require same-day or next-day delivery
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be scheduled for next-day delivery
All delivery times are estimated.
Delivery Method
To ensure a premium and secure experience:
- All deliveries are made hand-to-hand only
- We do not leave packages unattended
The recipient must be available at the time of delivery.
Age Requirement
Delivery is available only to individuals 18 years or older.
A valid ID may be requested upon delivery.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and minimum order requirements vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
Returns & Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect information
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, redirected, or canceled.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Failed Delivery (Local Delivery)
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- recipient unavailable
- incorrect address
- inability to verify age
the order may be:
- rescheduled (additional fees may apply), or
- canceled without delivery refund

- carrier issues
- high order volume
