COLORS AND APPEARANCE

The appearance of the product may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
Colors of products and packaging can vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, or production batches.
Such variations do not constitute a defect or reason for return.

WARRANTY

All products must be inspected upon receipt.
Our warranty covers the replacement of products that arrive defective or damaged in transit, as originally delivered.
There are no other warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Once our products have been received, Profi Nails Shop cannot monitor the storage or usage conditions under which they are kept.

Claims regarding any order or material discrepancies must be made within three (3) business days after receipt of the order and before the product is used.

Any item that has been:
 • used,
 • exposed to elements such as heat, sunlight, or moisture,
 • mishandled or stored improperly,
 • modified or altered in any way,

shall be deemed accepted by the buyer and voids any warranty.

When products are handled and stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines, potential issues will be minimized.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS & MISUSE

Profi Nails Shop reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases if fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or abusive behavior is detected.

Any claim or refund request found to be dishonest, misleading, or inconsistent with shipment and delivery records will be considered fraudulent.

In such cases, all supporting evidence (including order history, delivery confirmation, and communication records) may be submitted to Shopify, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities for investigation.

We value and protect our honest customers and maintain zero tolerance for fraudulent actions.
