Matte Top Coat Non Wipe - Velvet Illusion - is a matte top without a sticky layer.
Volume: 15 ml. / 0.5 oz.
Advantages:
* self-levelling;
* protects from chips and scratches;
* persistent matte effect;
* handy brush.
How to use:
1. Prepare the nail plate, if necessary, apply the primer.
2. Apply and polymerize the base coat in a UV/LED lamp.
3. Apply the color gel polish and cure under a UV/LED light. Repeat the second coat if necessary.
4. Apply one layer of Top Velvet Illusion, cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60-120 seconds.
